Bottle, 6.5%. Good fruity aroma. Hazy orange colour. Stable white head. Quite flavourful, citrusy, flowery, nicely peppery, and with a little tea and yeast. Quite nice.

Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Hazy, yellow-orange beer with a small white head and some sediments. Weak aroma with yeast, fruityness and some spice. Fruity-sour flavor with wheat and spice. Medium body. Boring beer. (060824)

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy golden with a decent, white head that leaves some laces. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium body with tart notes - doesn’t appear all too fresh. 240806

Hazy orange color, small white head. Sour apple-juice aroma. Low-carbonated flat mouthfeel, light to medium-bodied. Very witbier-like flavors though wheat is not used here: banana-sweetness, wheat, spices and chocolate box. Easy to drink summer brew.

Hazy peach colour; thin but consistent yellowish head. Quite spicey nose: nutmeg, wood, liquorice, celery, coriander. And, unmistakably, diacetyl. Again spicey taste (nutmeg) and a flavour I associate with fruits de mer. Almondy, and indeed, some buttery flavour, less than the nose made me expect. Medium bodied, some slickness. In the aftertaste, I get some whiffs that make me think of jenever (Belgian gin) - which indicates spices. Better than acceptable for a first try. Still, some deficiencies can and ought to be bettered...
