Blonde, foamy head. Light hops and citrus aroma. Sweetish, citric and malty. Mango. Hint of anis. Not very hoppy, but a very pleasant beer.

Sampled @ ZBF 2016 (Thank you for sharing BE RB CREW!) Very hazy citrus golden, off-white. Nose is akin to a bad lemonade, bad excessive unpleasant ginger, excessive spices. Taste is oily nasty spoiled vegetables, chemical, rotting lemon, spoiled ginger & lemonade; Med/Med body. Nope, very unpleasant.

6/VIII/14 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ the seaside - BB: n/a, no markings on the side to indicate a date with the preprinted numbers (2014-882)

Clear blond beer, big creamy white rocky head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of red lace candy, strawberry jam, bit malty, sweet, peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, very fruity, peaches, little bitter, some citrus, some almonds. Aftertaste: little bitter, citrus, orange peel, sweet malts, bit sugary, some banana. Pleasantly surprised by this one.

The regular blonde in the series, with a creamy white, dense, quite stable head and a peach blonde colour, at first just a bit misty but getting completely milky after adding the deposit. Fruity nose with lots of orange and melon, some pear, honey, almond, mint, apple cake. Taste begins with a rounded, sweetish, orange-like fruitiness, a bit of caramel malts, high carbonation and soft yeastiness; finishes smoothly with only some brief bittering hops, therefore rather thinnish.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. A bit hazy golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly a sour hint, weird fruityness, slightly herbs or spices, green apple, unripe cherries. Average to medium body and carbonation. Not very good.

Draft at the 2014 Brugge Beer Festival. The name gives the colour away, it’s blonde. It looked a bit thin actually, but it made up for it’s weak colouring by having a great aroma and taste. The nose was peppery with coriander type aromas along with a general herbal/spice smell. I liked the semi-sweet front to the flavour, an exotic fruit feel really: then it calms down a little and bittering hops arrive to balance the sweetness. Different and interesting. Others will find differing flavours I’m sure, it is worth finding.
