You hold the marriage of wine and beer. Belgian Red is a tapestry of flavor. This beer is brewed with whole Montmorency Cherries, Wisconsin Farmed Wheat and Belgian Roasted Barleys, lagered in oak tanks and balanced by Hallertau hops we aged in our brewery one full year.
Over a pound of Door County Cherries in every bottle makes this beer uniquely "Wisconsin." So unique, in fact, that we applied for a patent. Expect this beer to be ruby red, with a medium body that is highly carbonated and intense with cherry flavor and bouquet. Serve your friends Belgian Red in a brandy snifter or champagne flute and toast life with beer from the land of Wisconsin.

at a tasting, thanks kerenmk, bubly stable pinkish head, very hazy deep oxidised orange colour, colour, aroma of cherry candy and almonds, flavour of cherry, spice and cakey maltiness, light pleasant sourness but much too sweet, very fruity feel. Very nice but could be better if not so sweet.

From the April 2014 3R6P gathering. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml green bottle this beer poured a murky red color with a small foamy beige head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy sugar and mixed berry jam. The flavor was sweet, tart and tangy with jam, and a strong cherry pie filling presence. Long cherry pie filling finish. Moderately full bodied. Lovely.

From a 75 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a clear ruby red with a thick pinkish tan head. Aroma of cherries and almonds. Flavors of cherry pop, sweet but surprisingly not cloying. Quite interesting, quite special.

Sample at First Sunday. Pours a dark, hazy, and reddish caramel color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is strong and distinct cherries, so intense it’s reminiscent of cough drops or a lollipop. Behind that is a lovely layering of raspberries, chocolate, and brown sugar. Very sweet flavor, with a good, mellow sourness. Medium body, with an acidic and crisp mouthfeel. High carbonation gives it a bubbly, velvety feel. This beer is very forward and focused. The cherries are dominant, and the rest of the beer reinforces it. The result is delicious, very drinkable, and enjoyable from initial aroma to the last sip.

Thx! to Kraddel. 75 cl. bottle sampled. Dark red, very dark strawberry look, fading dark pink head. Huge cherry candy in the nose, very sweet & candy-like, incredible & nothing else. Taste is hugely sweet cherry candy, good kind of sweeteners, pure candy, little else flavor-wise, incredibly sweet spices,.. Light very easy to drink. Pure candy, reminds me a bit of Lindemans Kriek. Love it.

Bottle. Pours hazy red amber with a medium beige head that dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is dominated by cherry, almost like canned cherry pie filling. Flavor is strong cherry, quite sweet, with sweet tart sourness. Pretty impressive beer, actually.

cloudy dark red, smooth light brownish head. Strong aroma of cherries, sweet marcipan, flavor is cherries, sour citrussy tinge that works extremely well, like an ice cider, quite sweet in general but the citric touch makes it very good.
