The writing "double india pale ale" on label is really irritating. Cloudy copper liquid. Moderate ivory head. In fact you get lots of caramel, sourish yeast and a hint of juniper. Not that good.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
500ml bottle from Craft Station Strastnoy. Pours clear copper with a medium-sized beige head. Aroma is herbs, slightly medicinal, toffee. Taste is sweet, caramel, herbs, raisins. I don't think a sahti is supposed to taste like this, but I can only speculate, because this is my first one.
