500ml bottle from Piligrim in Moscow. Pours dark brown with a long-lasting beige head. Lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel, floral hops, malt. Taste is sweet, toasted malt, caramel, medium hoppy bitterness. Uncharacteristic for a Märzen, but still pretty decent.

Copper liquid. Moderate off-white head. . Average lacing. Burnt caramel on nose. Additional floral & tropical hops. Medium body. Caramelly taste with American hops feel. Light bitterness. Drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Stas. Slightly hazy red-amber with a beige head. Aroma of malt, a bit of caramel, a toasty hint, and a bit of floral hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of caramel, a toasty note, and some floral/herbal hops bitterness. Medium-bodied. A bit heavy for the style, but not bad.

Piligrim, Moscow: from my girlfriend. Pours dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel and some meh. Taste is mediocre and nothing like a marzen or octoberfest that you would get in the states or Germany. It was kind sweet and a bit like vegetables. This is not very good. BTW Russia, there is already a well known brewer called Victory. I got another beer from them and hope it will be better.
