Bottle. Deep honey colour, pretty attractive creamy off-white head. Good lacing. yeast & hops form the aroma. Spicy, earthy. Light to medium body. Creamy mouth feel. Soft carbo. Dry taste. Typical spicy yeast. Some nuttiness. Well hopped. The spicy character of the hops works well with yeast. Light bitterness. I liked it quite a lot.

500ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours hazy orange with a big foamy off-white head. Aroma is wheat, resin, pine. Taste is fruity and hoppy, with a bitter finish. Not a typical saison, and not what I’d associate with winter.

Bottle 500 ml. Amber-orange color with a good white foam. Aroma: yeast with light pear tones, a little citrus fruit and quite interesting. Taste: wood-pine tones, resinous, citrus sour, fruity, noticeable earthy hop bitterness.
