DESCRIPTION
Tears of Ra is a big, juicy IPA with an ‘A’ list line-up of hops, 20kg of honey and 50kg of oats. The hops were chosen to contribute a complex tropical taste above the sweetness of the honey.
We learnt a lot with this brew, have a read.

Keg at the London Brewers Market April 2016. Pours cloudy dull golden brown with a frothy, white head. The nose has lightly toasted malts, orange rind, city’s peel. Medium sweet flavour with flinty minerals, a little caramel, toasted malts, ripe orange, some pine. Medium bodied with average carboantion. Finishes with more toasty bread, light earth, gooey pine, rindy citrus, caramel, flinty minerals. Not bad.
