A dry-hopped Italian-style pilsner, brewed in collaboration with Highland Park Brewery and Green Cheek Beer Company. Super drinkable and tasty, this is the beer you need to survive beer week.

Can shared. Thanks to whoever brought this one. Pours a clear straw yellow with a finger of white foam that lingers. Light lemon and pils malt aromas...slightly grainy notes. Crisp and clean on the palate. Drying finish with lemon peel, mineral and light peppery notes. Delish.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated February 10, 2020. Aroma is somewhat fruity with light grain notes and faint herbal, spicy hop notes. Fruity esters are pear, stone fruit and tropical fruit. Faint phenolic notes. Pours a very clear, very, very pale yellow with a medium sized, medium thick, white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light grain notes. Medium low bitterness with light spicy, herbal hop notes. Light fruity notes of pear and stone fruit. Faint phenolics. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice lager, but also very light. Very easy drinking, and fairly clean fermentation profile.
