Bottle at home. Roasted malts, molasses, bready. Quite dry with some slight bitterness. Decent enough. Purchased at Frank's Mobil

12oz bottle picked up at the state store. Pours near black with a medium sized tan head that dissipates quickly, light lacing. Roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, mild bitterness, nutty. Surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much.

Pours dark brown with a small tan head. The aroma is roasted malt and a little chocolate. The flavor is similar and on the sweet side with mild hops in the finish. It's pretty light and okay, I guess, but kind of underwhelming.

12oz bottle. Really reminds me of Guinness Extra Stout a lot, has a very similar dark malt tone. A rather solid Schwarzbier. Nice chocolate tone. Medium bodied, not overwhelmingly sticky or heavy. Well done.

The auroras are roast, dark malt with hints of toffee and molasses. Flavors are like Nose, a little sweet up front with good carbonation and a little bitterness in the end. Okay body and finish.

Dark chocolate malt and dry grass aroma. Black with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet dark chocolate, and mildly bitter dry grass flavor. Good body. Pretty good.

Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of smokey malt. Taste has smoke and light hop bitterness. Palate has residual smokey resins. Better than expected.

12 ounce bottle from Kroger Barracks Rd, 12/31/19. 96th percentile at the moment? Bestill my heart. Dark brown. large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, soy, chocolate, molasses. Taste is roast, soy sauce, chocolate. Medium bodied, mild bitterness, low carb. It's almost good but there's definitely a soy sauce thing going on there which is off-putting. Disappointing. I'll definitely be dragging down that percentile score.
