473ml can. Pours a crystal clear gold with a medium, fluffy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of crackery pale malt, orange, peach and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of crackery pale malt, guava, passionfruit and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. The galaxy hops overtake the pilsner attributes, but that's ok by me. Clean, refreshing and crushable.

175mL pour at the brewery taproom. Pours clear blonde with a small white head. Citrus, grass, and cracker malts on the nose. Flavour has bright citrus, a touch lemon sugar, cracker malts, grassy straw. Nice.

473mL can, pours a clear dull straw colour with a large white head. Nose reveals notes of straw, some biscuity malt and restrained grassy hops. Flavour is crisp and nicely bitter, with a nice biting grassy hop character, crisp crackery malt, and some straw. Dry, bitter and biting - how I like my pilsners. Very solid.

Can. Bright. There's a fair bit of allium to it, that seems to be galaxy these days... the malt note is okay, a little heavy, but clean enough. The hop profile comes across too aggressive for me, and it's really new world in a lot of respects, but okay.

Can from Firefly, Vancouver; 5.2% ABV
Blond colour, chill haze. Nice aroma of Pacific hops, some breadcrust, very light chamomile. Dry and crisp, the malt flavour is quite good, white bread crust; the hop is present, pine and citrus oil, slight chicory in the finish.
Ain't no Amarillo Pilsner, but it's interesting.

Has good oozy white foam and a clear gold body, the aroma is bright hops, a little soft, but acceptable. Flavour is soft sweet hops, a bit of pils character but not much. Mouthfeel is full but lacking the crispness and carbonation of a good pils. There are some nicely done elements here but it's by no means a home run.
