New Year, new beer! and the first we’ve produced exclusively in cask for a while. We thought something light on alcohol but big on flavour would be a nice way to start 2019. Conjurer uses Golden Promise, Wheat and Dextrin malt for a slightly sweet and biscuity backbone. A combination of Loral and Centennial hops in the whirlpool, some classic Cascade whole hops in the hop back and further Centennial in dry hop. Pleasingly aromatic with super drinkability and a refreshingly light lemon citrus hop character.
