750 ml. Aroma is brett, oak, SweeTarts, vanilla, berries, lemon. Pours brown with ruby red highlights and a two finger beige head with decent retention. Taste is moderate to highly sour (7/10) and acidic with oaky and fruity flavors. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Really nice.

Bottle from TRB itself, 2016 vintage. Pours unclear brown. Aroma is pig stables, some raspberries, some funk. Body is light, astringently sour and tart, clean, and raspberries. Low carbonation. Dry and astringent palate. Good.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy brown color with white head. Aroma is raspberry, barrel funk, a touch solvent. Taste is raspberries, vinegar, green goosberries, a touch malty, puckering, but not too puckering, finish. Dry finish, light-bodied, good sourness that is refreshing, and very clean. Works out nicely, but I hear that is true for all of their beers. 7-4-8-4-15Tap. Hazy brownish color with white head. Aroma is raspberries, leather, oak. Taste is raspberries, earthy funk, tannins. Mineraly mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Just alright. 6-3-7-3-13

Sample from 2016 batch at Hops & Pie during the "GABF Week, CSA Portfolio Tasting" on 10/04/2017. Slightly hazy reddish-amber color with a medium bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart berry, oak, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart raspberry, oak, herbal yeast and bready malt. The finish is sour with a lingering berry and cherry aftertaste. Good beer all around.

At a tasting, many thanks, smallish quickly disappearing head, muddy murky light brown color with yellow hues, aroma of red fruits with feral and herbal notes and a hint of metal, raspberry flavor with mellow oxidized notes, strong piercing sourness nicely balanced by a light sweetness. Highly enjoyable and easy to drink, despite being very sour.

Slight haze and bit of white foam. Sour raspberries in the nose, pure fruit is coming out quite nice. Not sweet at all. Taste is super acidic, well this is sour. Tart on steroids, kind of lemon level sourness. If there was international sourness unit, this would rate high on that. Raspberry still there, super dry, still nice but eyes, bit too sour.

Cloudy light brown color. Aggressive sour aroma, nice, vinous, fruity, with multiple layers. Aggressive sour mouthfeel, weak; some vinous character, strong astringency in the final, but not a lot of complexity.
Good beer, aroma much more interesting than flavor.

Hazy amber color. Very nice sour nose with amazing raspberry notes and touch of oak. Very tart, tons of fresh raspberries with cherries, green apples and oak. It’s so sour, it’s so intense. I wasn’t expecting the sourness. So nice for a fruit sour. Dry, sour and raspberry finish.
