Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As The Rare Barrel Wise Guise ].Unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, wine - grapes, oak, barrel - funk, light raspberry - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average duration, sweet malt, oak, grapes. pale malt, barrel - funk, light raspberry, citrus - lemon - citric. Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours slightly hazy reddish brown with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, wood, tart fruit, raspberry, light vinegar. Flavor is lightly sour, malt, wood, oak, vinegar, raspberry. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 100519

Vom Fass (Vintage 2018 / 6.6% Vol.) im Muted Horn Berlin 2019-05 getrunken. Dieses rötliche Sour Ale mit Himbeeren kommt recht ausgewogen daher und auch bei diesens Sour Ale von The Rare Barrel ist die Säure und das Fruchtarome recht mild. Nicht schlecht, aber ins Jubeln komme ich hier auch irgendwie nicht.
