Grisette style ale featuring 100% micro malted malts from Linc Malt in Spokane, WA. Pilsner, Spelt, Rye, Triticale, and Red Russian Wheat malts combine to make a spicy and full bodied malt base for this dry finishing beer. You can really taste the difference in the local malt with rich flavor of each unique variety shining through. The addition of aged Czech Saaz hops gives a classic noble hop character with very low bitterness. Fermented with a Norwegian Farmhouse Ale Yeast.

Nice soured grains. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Nice light soured malts and a clean finish.

Cloudy, a bit sweaty yeast aroma, slight tartness, lots of berries and stone fruit esters. A bit phenolic in the finish but otherwise not bad.

On tap at Hopwired, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp saison yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly crisp and grainy, with earthy notes and cereal graininess. Dry, straw-like and seltzery. Meh.
