Big Bad Baptista is inspired by traditional Mexican coffee, Café de Olla, which is served with cinnamon and piloncillo, an unrefined sugar. The Cinnamon adds another layer of complexity and accentuates the earthy character of Mexican Coffee, but more importantly, it captures the essence of a place and its culture.

Bottle at KJUBZT. Aroma of strong coffee, chocolate, red fruit, cinnamon, mild chili and malt. Taste has strong coffee, cinnamon, chocolate, mild chili herbs, cherry and earthy vanilla. Very good.

deep dark Brown colour, minimal beige head; aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, tobacco, ash and some, chili pepper; taste of intensive cinnamon, dark chocolate, coffee, chili pepper and some vanilla; great beer!

0.65l bottle thanks to Lore. Black body with a thin light brown head. Aroma and taste of tobaccoo, leather, chilies, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, coffee and cream. Taste is sweeter than the aroma. Awesome.

Sample at the brewery. Dark brown opaque, coffee aroma. Cinnamon, oak, roasted malt taste. Very sweet finish. Exquisite!

650ml bottle. Jet black colour with late awakening, average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty dark malty and slightly spicy aroma is predominated by cinnamon flavours, hits of coffee, cocoa, a touch of chili. Taste is sweet-ish and bitter, roasty dark malty, spicy and chocolately, notes of cinnamon, hints of coffee, cocoa, mocha, roasted coffee beans, a touch of chili; well hidden alcohol, lingering coffee finish. Full body, creamy texture, smooth and soft palate. Rich and complex, superbly balanced, not overspiced,
