Backlog. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart wooden tones with some citrus, grass and mild funk to it. Flavour is tart wood, some mild acidity with mild citrus and some funk to it. Quite dry palate.

From tap at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Aroma is fresh citrus, lemon, bretty funk, notes of tropical fruits and grass. Flavour is moderate to medium sour. Body is medium. Great stuff, nicely citrussy hoppy and smooth sourness, very drinkable.

Аромат как в загоне у лошадей. Много ароматов сена, легкая кислинка, присутствует хмель. Цвет слегка полу мутный, желтый, пены вообще нету с самого начала. Вкус кислый но не резкий, ощущаются ягоды, немного цедры от грейпфрута. Послевкусие хмелевое, с лимонными нотками и фруктовой горчинкой.

Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a light orange amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is funky Bretty yeast, orange, passionfruit, grapefruit citrus. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, yeasty, acidic, tart citrus fruit palate and a lingering crisp sour palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced. What I like to describe as a smooth sour, that doesn’t make you screw up your face. Very refreshing and highly drinkable.

12 oz. can. Dark, clear orange color, with a small, beige head. The nose is tangerine, lime zest, straw, wet grass, and grapefruit. Tart and citrusy, with a drying finish. Medium body, wotg a sharp, very acidic mouthfeel. Aggressive, and wonderfully citrusy.

Shared at a tasting, small stable bubbly creamy head, just a touch hazy deepish gold color, aroma is brett in your face with some over ripe oranges and shrubs, mainly mint, flavor of citrus, mint and sage and some brett behind, light to medium herbal bitterness, light to medium sourness. Balanced and really enjoyable.
