500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, firm, forthy, moderately lasting, white head. Spicy, dusty yeasty, almost a bit funky aroma, hints of clove and horse dung, a touch of banana. Taste is dry, wheaty malty and yeasty spicy, notes of clove, a touch of nutmeg, rather subtle fruity hints of banana. Slightly creamy texture, indifferent palate, fine carbonation. Actually nice, welcome spiciness, but almost without any support of fruitiness and therefore lacking a part in the Hefeweizen puzzle the other way round.

€-Fläschla: Golden, just hazy, creamy white foamy layer, mainly bananas und dusty wheat in the sweetish nose, pretty low acidity, no bitterness to speak of; mild sweetish flavour, againl low acidity, low bitterness, soft and creamy MF; slightly lingering sweetish banaey finish. Pretty one-dimensional, but very well quaffable...

Moderate haze, moderate head, soapy banana nose. Flavor is heavy on the yeasty banana esters, decent mouthfeel, pretty sweet. Good high carbonation as Weißbier should be. Tasty but the sweetness might be overwhelming if you want more than one.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, sweet cream, a bit dusty. Taste is the same, quite sweet. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite sweet.

ABV: 5.1%. Murky medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, clove, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, sweet malt, sweet fruit, sweet yeast, weizen yeast, banana notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20191212]
