Bottle shared, big thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy light golden. Sweet apple, soft funk, kiwi, white grapes, soft bitter dry bark, light leathery. Medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied. Very tasty, nice balance between sweet and tannins. Good.

Bottle shared at home. Clear golden, a lot of fizzing during pouring but no lasting head. Sweet lean and tart applejuice, very juicy and crystal clear fresh mountain spring water feel to it. Very light bodied with happy little fizz. Not dry but very wet instead. --- Beer merged from original tick of Demi-Sec Cuvée Speciale Transatlantique on 09 Apr 2020 at 23:11 - Score: 7.
