*On tap @ Naïv. Nice sour fruity nose. The beer is sour fruity, but still easy to drink. Great sour red berries, hints of lactic sourness and vinegar in one. Very fruity, great depth, the ABV is not too present, great!

Draft. A deep red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma has notes of forest berries, wheat, and yoghurt. The flavor is sour with notes of berries, wheat, alcohol, yoghurt and unicorn blood, leading to a tart finish. Slightly overboard with the alcohol.

From tap. Pours hazy amber to brown, white head. Wineous, acetone and fruity aroma. Sour, citric. Fruity. Sour and lingering citric far finish. Dry and solid sour far finish.

Fein säuerlicher Beginn, massig, Beeren. Alkoholisch, steigende Säure, das Mundgefühl ähnelt dem Kauen auf Beeren. Mittellanger, dumpf beeriger Abgang. Spannend! 10/11/11/10//11

16-02-20 // tasting flight at BRLO Brwhouse. Clear but very dark red. „Bloody“. Mild sweetish cranberry and elderberry nose. Hibiscus tea touches. Thicker body. Sour and also lactic, a touch saltiness. A bitter finish. And in between some red fruit notes. Stronger. And a dry wine like finish. Heavy to drink, very intense.
