0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before June 2021. Almost clear, golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples, some honey and a touch of vanilla. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite dry, gently fruity taste of ripe apples, some wood and hints of nettles, followed by a short, slightly tart, very woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely dry cider, just lacks some funk.

Spritziger, trocken herber Beginn. Vollmundig fruchtig, minimal herb. Trocken bleibend, der Alkohol ist nie erkennbar. Grüner Apfel, mittellanger Abgang. Nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich, dennoch gut. 10/10/9/7/9/8
