Fantastic nose of brown sugar and rum. The beer starts smooth mild. Lots of deep barrels, rum and black thick beer. Fantastic deep, intense caramel, dry liquorice, barrels and rum. Great!

Dunkler, süß malziger Beginn, Rum, intensiv. Etwas Schokolade, der Alkohol wird erkenbar, minimal herb, die Intensität steigt noch an - von hohem Level aus. Langer malziger Abgang, der Alkohol ist hier wieder verborgen. Lecker! 10/11/12/12/10/12

0,33 l bottle 1287/1700. Pours out in an oily jet black with a smallest darkest beige head. Intensive smooth boozy and fruity winery smell. Dark nuts. Taste is a mix of darker malt with barrel wood and rum. Vanilla and pale choco. All in a smooth balanced mix. No carbonation as expected. No alcoholic sharpness. Really great stuff.
