Birra rossa dal profumo avvolgente e dalla schiuma abbondante, ha un sapore deciso che si modifica velocemente in bocca. Leggermente speziata, dal calore etilico e dal finale secco. Prodotta con malto pilsner, malti cristal e roast dalle migliori malterie europee. Birra dalla particolare scorrevolezza data dall’alta attenuazione dovuta alle basse temperature dell’ammostamento e dall’attività del lievito.
Si abbina a pasta ripiena, arrosti, verdure saltate, risotti.

33cl bottle. A hazy bright amber beer with a big off white head. Aroma of caramelized malt, nuts, spices. Taste of sweet caramelized malt, strong red fruits, raisins.

Bottle. High carbonation and foam, hazy dark amber. Dry yeast, medium light body, dead yeast, vines, leaves, not super great.

Bottle. Hazy amber-orange color with eggshell head. Aroma is estery, peach, a touch vegetal. Taste is the same, bready, bitter-boozy finish. Strawy mouthfeel with high carbonation. Meh.
