330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark orangey, golden to amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, citrusy, and piney, hoppy aroma, notes of apricot and peach, lemon and orange, some grapefruit and pineapple, biscuity, pale malty background. Taste is citrusy and slightly piney hoppy as well as sweet-ish, biscuity pale malty, notes of lemon and orange, some grapefruit, hints of pineapple rest on a caramel malty basic layer; a minimally chalky and mineral interference here and there, an additional touch of banana leaves and wheat in the finish. Quite typical West Coast IPA with a slight NEIPA twist concerning juiciness and the wheaty touch. Reminds of the slightly hybrid character that is typical for The Kernel (India) Pale Ales - though not on that highest level of quality. Nevertheless a very nice, harmonious, refreshing and easy drinkable IPA.
33cl bottle. A slightly hazy amber beer with a off white head. Aroma of bitter hoppy orange fruits, zest and grapefruit. Taste of grapefruit, zest, bitter orange fruits, long bitter finish. Good!
