Über zehn Wochen im Brauereikeller gelagert, über drei Monate in handverlesenen Eichenholz Bourbon-Whisky-Fässern gereift: schon beim ersten Antrunk umschmeicheln Aromen von Vanille und Dörrobst den Gaumen. Dazu eine leichte Note von Bourbon-Whisky.

Pours a brown color. Nose is moderal malty with fine aromas of caramel and dried apricot. Very pleasant to the taste. Smooth and sweet, dried fruits and a nice flovaro of vanilla and oak.
