1l bottle. Sweetish quince nose. Tart mouldy beginning. Not too sweetish, very rich with lots of too ripe mouldy quinces. Easy to drink, very tart and roo sweetish bitter mouldy. Very strange stuff.

03-01-20 // RB tasting with erzengel and beerhunter111. 1000ml bottle. Clear pale golden. Nose is sweet. Aroma of quince is present. Very sweet but also good quinece aromas. Too sweet for me. minimal boozy.

100cl bottle. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of strong quince, some honey. Taste of sweet and strong quince, some honey.

Trocken alkoholischer Beginn, Birnen, Plastik, sehr trocken werdend. Geringe Herbe, pur, geringfügig süß zum Ende. Schwer. 7/8/8/7/4/7
