*rating overgezet 2021* fles gekregen van LiekevdV. Het is een pikzwart bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een gebrande drop achtige geur. De smaak is vol, gebrand, dorp chocolade en rokerig.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, fast disappearing beige head. Aroma: Vanilla, cocoa, roasted malt. Taste: Very dense, bit oily mouthfeel. Quite smooth, oatmeal. Roasted malt, a lot of cocoa, vanilla. Licoice notes. Over moderate sweet combined with also over moderate hopbitterness. Full body, just below average carbonation. Probably one of the most dense beers I've ever had, result of a long brewing day I presume. Drinking with a spoon... :) Quite nice.

Bottle at Maakun’s! Thanks! Black with tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, very sweet, deep roast. Light pepper burn. Full body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared. Almost black with thick creamy dark beige head. Roasted malts, cocoa, vanilla, licorice, soft coffee, dead leaves, blackberries, soft sugary. Solid sweet, medium bitter and light tart. Full bodied with nice creamy feel. Good imperial stout, not too pastry like at all. Nice.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of licorice, earthy vanilla, chocolate and caramelised malt, not very pastry aroma, but I'm not complaining. Taste has rich earthy vanilla, caramelised malt, rich chocolate, licorice, subtle smoke, some coconut and bitter hops. Very nice, seems like they used real ingrediënts and no adjunct juice. Smooth mouthfeel. Very tasty vanilla stout.
