Thank you Mathieu87 & PriorL! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Epic beer Tasting 2016”. 2016 Vintage. Hazy orange, little white. Nose is awful honey & vegetable sweetness intertwined, roots, massively vegetable. Taste if fizzy, industrial heavy honey sweetness mixed with massive vegetables, cabbage & roots. Wretched stuff, really disliked it.

Head gone in seconds, clear copper beer. Cucumber (greenmalt?), some malts, including toasted, and other greenery. Toasted and ambrée malt, soupsticks, parsley, Feels somewhat better carbonated than it looks, slick. Despite its origins, tastes a bit as thirteen-to-the-dozen, but certainly not bad. Wonder really whether this is top- or bottomfermenting.
