Kross Lupulus es nuestra interpretación del estilo “American Pale Ale” (APA). Tiene un color ámbar claro, un aroma cítrico y resinoso, cuerpo medio y un amargor marcado. Utilizamos la técnica conocida como “Dry Hopping” que consiste en incorporar los lúpulos no sólo en la cocción sino que también durante la maduración en frío. Así logramos reforzar los aromas de los lúpulos utilizados: Citra (americano), que tiene aromas a pomelo, melón y lima; y Ella (Australiano) que tiene un delicado perfil floral y especiado..

Bottle. Light soapy perfumed hop nose. Dark golden, lively, golden lace. Sugary, caramel base, Slightly sticky on the palate - medium bodyearthy hops in good quantities, sligtly strange grandmother soap retronasal. Sweet aftertaste. Needs to be a bit leaner for me.

Bottle: Deep golden, nesrly clear, small lacy off-white foam, sweetish bready-fruity nose, some lazy hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and a bit sticky; sweet bready-malty finish, accompanied by only a very subdued hoppiness. Not too bad, but way too much on the sweet side…

75cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks! Pours clear golden with a white head. Moderate malty and fruity aroma with some hoppy notes and hints of citrus. (bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly bready and oxidised cara-malty aroma with citric and delicately woody hops. Sweet and mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malt upfront with bready and buttery notes, accompanied by a slightly herbal and fruity hoppy touch; moderately sweet and slightly hop bitter finish. Drinkable but not overly exciting. 01.III.13

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, light fruity - spicy hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity, hops pills - extract. Bottle. It’s a clear, dark golden beer except for some microfloaties. A small, off-white head sits on top. The aroma is quite weak, some cheesy hints, grass and caramel maltyness. Medium body, pleasant carbonation level. Some bitterness, a generic fruityness, caramel hints and a bready note in the flavor. Quite bitter in the end. A decent one, but nothing impressive. 121110
