NOTE: This now describes itself as "American Pale Ale" - Dark blond colour with lasting fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of malt body with a little sweetness. Moderately bitter hops with background citrus and tropical fruits. Perfectly balanced and sessionable.

09-08-16 / 330ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a small white head which disappears very fast. I taste something but cant define it. Taste is bitter like a ESB should be and some light malt aromas. --- Beer merged from original tick of Lupulus on 09 Aug 2016 at 22:04 - Score: 5

330 ml. bottle sampled thanks to tderoeck! Bottle states SEP 2015 not sure if BBF or bottled by date. Very pale, faintly hazy golden. Nose is interesting ,massively sweet candy mixed with apple candy, very sweet hops & dash of vanilla. Very weird but not unpleasant, in a fun candy-like way. Taste is a letdown unfortunately after the smell, totally weird, cardboard, paper, oily, chemical, bald, mildly unpleasant chemical, dat watery, big letdown after the interesting smell, not too good. Too bad.

Thnx to Tderoeck. Pours rather clear blonde. Smell is sweet, dry malts. taste is very very mild bitterness, but also buttery-yeasty and malty. Sounds like a lot, but the beer is actually buttery/wattery, and -luckely- not too intense.
