Bottle from Stone in Asagaya. Pours a fairly clear orange with a big soapy head that lingers throughout. Great lacing. Nice lemon and mikan aromas with a big hit of iyokan (a kind of Japanese bitter citrus). Taste is more of the same with some sweet mikan coming through as it warms. Starts off kind of prickly but after a bit it becomes more creamy in the mouth. Nice bitter pithy finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Amass B&W West Coast Style IPA on 13 Aug 2015 at 23:58 - Score: 7

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with dusty moderate head. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit and green grape, with a little toffee and bready malts. Creamy and sharp. Simple but nice. Easy to drink - a good summertime beer.
