Pours hazy orange with a big foamy head that settles but lingers. Aroma is ripe banana. Taste is banana sweet with a light lemon tartness that becomes more pronounced at the finish. Noticeable clove as well. Body is medium with a subdued carbonation. Overall very simple but it gets the basics right.

Deze hoppige smaak blijft even hangen.

Bottle. Color: Golden, big frothy white head. Taste: Fruity, yeast, herbs (cloves, coriander), pretty sparkling. Mainly medium sweet, with some bittery notes. Hints of banaan. Medium to full body.

Hazy dark blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lots of spicy yeast. Fresh and wheaty.

--- Beer merged from original tick of Bernstein-Weizen on 23 May 2018 at 15:35 - Score: 7

Bottle. Pours hazy golden colour. Big white rocky head. The aroma represents the style well. Subtle phenols and esters. Banana. Spicy. Light to medium body. Semidry flavour. Fruity. Moderately spicy. Low bitterness. A pleasant Weizen.

Bottle. Hazy orange/amber. Typical aroma of yeast and bananas. Taste is fruity, yeasty and slightly sour. Not that many notes of clove and banana. Strong carbonation. I usually don’t trust Hefeweizens from northern Germany but this one is really alright.
