(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty and sweet bready cara-malty aroma with notes of cookies, ripe citrus and coriander. Slightly sweet and acidic flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Malty and citrus-fruity taste with shy notes of cookies/biscuits and a moderate touch of coriander, which is getting stronger towards the fruity and slightly acidic finish. Okay. 15.I.10

Draught. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable off-white head. The aroma is fruity and refreshingly citric. The flavour is sweet and nicely malty. Fruity as well, soft fruit like apricot, perhaps plum and pear. Also some spicy notes, cookie spices of some sort. Has some alcohol to balance the sweetness and spices. A pleasant surprise.

Huge white head, pale yellow-gold beer. Spicy nose, garden herbs and coriander, stale cookies. Coriander, yeast, and German (stale) cookies, even Leberkuchen ; citrus retronasal. Medium bodied, alcohol comes peeping out in the end. Again a typical De Proef product; technically very good, but characterpoor to boring. Many thanks to Danny for the sample.
