50 cl bügel bottle, bought from Rewe in Hanover. BB 30.08.2011 Sampled on December 24, 2010, Merry Christmas ;) Clear straw yellow color, big fluffy lasting white head. Sweet, malty, midly acidic, grassy scent. Sweet, malty, bitter taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high dryish bitterness.

50cl bottle. Poured golden color with a white head. Aroma is hay and somewhat spicy/herby. Flavor is slightly sweet, malt and hops. Nicely balanced. Finishes quite dry, leaves a really nice aftertaste in my mouth. Very easy to drink.

swing top bottle 500ml. -Pale yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, slight grainy nose. Malty, mild hoppy and grainy with notes of herbs. Rather bitter finish and moderate to heavy carbonation. Boring.

500 ml bottle. Pours gold with a brief but bright white head and low remaining visible carbonation. Aroma of hay, earth and some herbs. Taste is delicate and sweet with balancing earthy bitterness and slightly spicy finishing bitterness. Fresh and rather elegant. [3.1] This is not an exciting beer, but it is very well put together. The finish is moderately bitter, quite drying and lingers very nicely.

50cl Swingtop bottle from Aktiv Markt, Trier. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet bready malts, a bit of green apple skin, light hops, hay. Flavour is light sweet, malty, light bready, good grassy hoppy bitterness underneath, ending in a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied. Enjoyable pilsener.

Bottle. Light golden color, clear, with a tall fine foamy head. Fragrant aroma of hops, malt, fruit, and flowers. Quite strongly malty, a bit sweet. Medium body and full mouthfeel, well carbonated. A full malty taste, with a bit of sweetness, and good hop character. Fruity and good. Decent bitter hop aftertaste lingers quite a while. A good beer, not as complex as the best pils, but very decent.
