2009 bottle. It’s neither sour, nor sweet. And it’s not very fruity either. This is a light and well balanced cider. The stand out thing about it is the quite bitter finish. Good complement to food.

Small white head doesn’t last. Deep yellow body with carbonation. Mature apples aroma with honey notes. Dry-sweetish earthy honeyish raisiny apples taste with wooden sulphury notes. Mild mouthfeel. Light body. Very dry long raisiny honeyish aftertaste. Really nice, and highly drinkable. Leaves sticky sugars on lips. (0.75l bottle, nobody really knows from where.)

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a fading white head over a hazy golden body. Aroma of pear, sulfur and over-ripe fruit. Taste is fruit and quite sweet. Lively bubbles.

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of pear, fresh red apples and a hint of wood - clean and very fruity. Sweetish apple juice flavour. Nothing surprising here, but very tasty

Bottle, 4.5%. Very mild apple aroma. Clear shiny yellow colour. The flavour has a mild but distinct apple flavour. Not citric and not sweet, just apple with a light carbonation
