75 cl bottle, courtesy of Pinball. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Dry and phenolic aroma. Strange butterish too. Flavour is dry, apple fruity and distinct butterish. Off. Ends dry.

appears dark orange, large head that goes away. aroma of caramel, ripe apples, caramel aroma real bad to begin with, but it goes away, revealing sweet natural apple. flavor is applejuice, a little alc. not much acidity, caramel/butter still here and spoils the experience. aplle juice is natural and tastes good.

Bottle. A clear, golden cider producing a small, white head. Ripe apples, canned apples, apple-cellar and some barnyard in the aroma. The flavor is mostly apples, fresh from the three, with some lemon-like sourness. Crisp and dry with apples in the finish. Really pleasant and easy to drink. Almost fresh like apple-juice, still very ciderish. (080823)

75cl bottle. Thank you, Yngwie. Pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. Nose is of fresh & sweet apples & hay. Some wood & a fine smooth palate. Ends medium dry. More sour notes would have been great!

Bottled at Byns Crêperie & Ciderie, Stockholm (Unpasteurised, 5.0%). Clear pale orange, gently sparkling, no head. Semi-dry andlivel with tart apple skins and leather, yet with some sweetness underneath. Refreshing with a pleasant depth of flavours. Very good.
