Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ โVini Birre Ribelli 2015โ. Hazy citrus, white bubbles. Nose is rather yeasty with a light sour funky wine note, lemony hops & lemony character, lacto & brett. Taste is lemon, hops & lemon sourness, basic lactic sour, touch oak, bit dry in the finish. Lactic body. Simple but nice & enjoyable.
