Bottle. Pours a near clear gold orange with a small quickly dissipating white head. Aroma has a nice tart cherry note with an undertone of earthy yeast. Flavor has much more of a saison note with yeast notes that are mainly earthy and some sweet fruits. The tart cherry note does not mix as well in the flavor.

Bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a very slightly hazy peach color with a large frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bread, caramel, peach, pear, citrus and a light tartness. The taste is citrus, bread, earthy musty notes, pear, apricot, apple. Medium bodied and quite smooth. Nice beer. 2700th Rating Hell Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

375 from Malt & Vine. Pours darkly cloudy gold with a good foamy white head. Arom is mildly lambic. Medium body with mild, cramy carbonation. Flavor is mildly sour and definitely funky. Reminds of some guerzes. Goes well with dry wine sausage.

Bottle at Churchkey in Washington DC. A: hazy yellow, same color as a urinary tract infection (but in a good way). Larger than expected white head that lasts longer than expected. Great lacing. Simply amazing aroma, combo of freshly mown grass, barnyard, hay bales and horse stall. Taste starts with light citrus and bread, continues to a musty finish with the barest hint of bitterness. Body is lighter than expected. This might improve with age. The aroma is everything. definitely a unique brew.

Pours hazy hay color with white head. Barnyard funky aroma. Light flavor of citrus and funkiness. Not as sour as I was hoping. Light to medium body with soft carbonation and a dry finish.
