0.5 l bottle at RBBWG 2016 in Antwerpen. Hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, grapefruit, white grapes and pomelo. Fruity-grassy, slightly bitter taste of straw, pomelo, gooseberry and grapefruit, followed by a short, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy finish. Medium body, spritzy and slightly astringent mouthfeel. Nice!

650 ml. bottle shared @ RBBWG V. GUSHER. Murky golden citrus, little white head. Nose is awful, salt, sweet, spoiled, rotting sweet, wet dog, worst brett etc. profile imaginable. Hugely fizzy body & taste, taste is a bit better than the smell but still not too good, watery, cooked vegetable, dirty brett, herbal, thin watery rubbish. I really should stop buying Prairie beers, I keep saying but seriously, dude. I don’t get these high scores.

Beer throttles out from the bottle, into the glass. Hazy, pale and bit of white foam. Cloudy. Nose has sone berries, funky. Barnyard. Some acidity. Taste is sour but there is also strong barley grain taste over there. Sour wild berries, cloudberries. Aftertaste is dry, bit of berries. Very refreshing brew, subtle in its funky and sour character. Close to saison.

Bottle. A- Funky. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Funky, citrus. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, funky finish. O- This thing is a gusher! I know the deScription says it’s a champagne like beer. Didn’t think it would gush everywhere like it too. Plenty of balanced funk to it and not a lot else.
