Horti-Glory is a tart, farmhouse ale brewed with Riverbend Malt and fermented with our house culture of brettanomyces. The addition of seasonal elderflowers, hyssop, and honeysuckle transform the rustic house culture into a lovely floral brett saison.

Bottle @ Scheffels Otha fish in the sea Tasting. Pours Hazy deep golden with a white head. Manuer, funk, yeast, dryish pepper and grass. Bitter finish.

Bottle from Beergium, bought in spring 2016. Hazy yellow with a large head. Aroma of light funk, flowers, some citrus and light brett. Similar taste, also something that reminded of raspberry jam. The body was soft. An easy to drink one.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden colored beer with a nice, white head. Fruity, lightly malty and yeasty aroma, not much brett-ish going on. Some peppery, piney notes. It’s medium bodied, dry and perhaps a bit heavy on the carbonation. Fruity, lightly malty and yeasty flavor, some pepper hints and a canned peach touch. Long dry and fruity finish with peaches, pepper hints and even a touch of yeast. Not bad in any way this one, but it’s a tad boring. 161118

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, honey, yeast and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long caramel, floral, yeasty and hint of pepper finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Wicked Weed Horti-Glory ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, elderflowers, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic - bitter with a average duration, flowers, pale malt, sweet malt - honey, bretty - funky notes. 500 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Clear pale yellow golden color with white head. Light malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma, floral, herbal, spicy, light citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.
