Horti-Glory is a tart, farmhouse ale brewed with Riverbend Malt and fermented with our house culture of brettanomyces. The addition of seasonal elderflowers, hyssop, and honeysuckle transform the rustic house culture into a lovely floral brett saison.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Slightly hazy golden with little head. Aroma is yeasty, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is yeasty, tart, and some earthy.

Bottle shared by Iphonephan at the WWWW Mid Atlantic Summer Beer Tasting. Wicked Weed #99! Hazy golden, thin fizzy white head, decent retention. Aroma of toasted malt, honey, floral notes, brett, citrus. The taste is brett, tart lemon, toasted malts, floral notes. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.

From a 50 ml bottle at the WWWW RB tasting.it is a cloudy light gold with a slight off white head. The aroma is that of a said don and the taste is the tart ness of lemon and some Hint of coriander.

Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen for sending. Pours a milky, light yellow orange appearance with a white head. Corn / herbal / grassy / straw, light lemon, hint of funk, floral nose. The aroma is mostly just herbal and not super inviting. A little doughy. Moderate high bitterness. Very herbal flavor. Kind of like chewing on hay. Hint of honey. Bleh.
