Our Leipzig-style Gose is pleasantly acidic with lime-like tartness and a little funk from our unique, indigenous mixed culture kettle souring process, all balanced by the spicy character of added coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from the addition of hand-harvested French grey sea salt.

Tart, not obv lactic, semi-sweet, really a combo sweet and sour, a bit much, I would like a lighter gentler beer. Faint saltiness. Amber-gold color, modest head but otherwise fizzy.

can, 2016 rating - Pours lightly hazy gold, smells of tart lime and malt. The flavor is lightly sweet malt with moderately tart lime and a little salt. It's refreshing and tasty.

Draft at Beer Culture, W 45th St, New York. Pours pale gold with minimal white head. Aroma of lime and lemon, yeast, sour fruits and berries. Light sweetness, medium sour, moderate saltiness. Light body, very slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish is salty sour. Enjoyed this. My favourite gose so far.

Can. Clear golden with small frothy off-white head, malt aroma, high carbonation, salty sour taste, thin body, long salty finish. The saltiness obscures the tartness a bit.

Also tasted the Synchopathic but it was way too sour for me! Tasted like lemon juice. This one was very nice though.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of fizzy foam that dissipates quickly. Stinky lacto nose with some acid reflux notes and faint lime as it warms up. Agressively tart and overly salty. Scratchy carbonation and acidic burn on the finish. It’s very typical of an American-made gose, way over the top and borderline undrinkable really.

Can. Big acidic nose, lactic, coriander, grapefruit. Very sour, salty, refreshing, grapefruit. Very much in your face and lacking any nuance, but fun and would be great in summer.

Tap, industry public house, busy place this time of year. Clear pale visual impressions with a slight tart nose. Very mild taste of gose, then its fun easy and enjoyable, this is beer. Has a tad of pepper in it to keep it responsible. Good cutting co2. This was one great beer tasting experience. Yes, really good enjoyable beer, JMHO.
