Klaus is our celebratory winter ale. This porter was brewed with fine dark malts bringing hints of coffee and chocolate, balanced with a complementary hop blend for balance and a slight citrus fruitiness, finishing with a special strain of yeast for a pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoy Klaus as you celebrate this year with friends and family. Alles Gute, Cheers!

On tap at Mon Petit Cafe, pours a deep dark brown with a monstrous, slowly receding tan head. Aroma brings out earthy malt, with some burnt molasses, and hint of cinnamon. Flavour is earthy and dry, with a burnt molasses note permeating; secondary notes of cocoa and earthy notes. Too burnt to be all that pleasant.
