Dark brown with a small foamy head. Roasted malt, rye, nuts, lemon zest, karamalz. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty sweetness finish. A solid Dunkel, quite roasty, sufficient depth.

Bottled. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is roasted malts, mild nutty and toasted tones with some slight dried fruity tones. Flavour is burnt wet wood, some mild toasted notes as well as some herbal and mild bitter tones. Very nice!

Bottle, thanks Beerhunter111! Caramelly, floral bready aroma and flavor. Pear, hint of cinnamon. Soft sour notes, probably notintended but not bad.

50cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, liquorice. taste of dark caramelized malt, liquorice, nuts, some raisins. good!
