Drukket på Bergstua. Varm gylden. Tindrende klar. Lavt tett skum som raskt blir film. Tydelig bananaroma. Smaken banan & brøddeig. Lett tørr & syrlig avslutning.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a hazy golden color with a large soapy yellow white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was yeasty and a bit musky with bread dough and faint perfume. The flavor was yeasty, citric and perfumey. Medium length finish. Thin body

Orange gold color, cloudy big frothy head. Citric, herbal aroma. Fairly dry, hoppy, herbal flavor. Pear fruitiness with just a hint of citrus. A-typical, but delicious weizen. Hopbitter aftertaste.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Not skunked, yay! Medium gold, cloudy, one finger creamy head, little bit of sediment. Aroma and taste are right on, flavors I've missed for so long. Bready, banana, bubblegum, cloves, all the usual suspects. A bit dry, but really hits the spot.

30th Oct 2018. Half-litre in the Kieler Brauerei. Hazy golden body, huge white crown of snow white foam. Cloves and banana in both the aroma and taste; neither overpowering but each clearly there in the nose and flavour. Decent, traditional Hefeweizen. Liked it.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - 19.04.19, from a supermarket, 20180831) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A rather spicy brew but still nice.

Old rating rerated 23.07.2018, tap @ Fischhaus Loos, Husum:
Nice creamy longlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, leafs, yeast, grass, minerals, wheat, ripe banana, flowers, hay. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, yeast, sour grass, minerals, wheat, ripe banana, flowers, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of boring.
