dorée brumeuse, blanche impression de purée de fruits, grains; blé, levure et esters donne un goût biscuit et banane. Pas mauvaise, une Hefe dans la lignée allemande.

Bottle 33cl. w. swing top @ home.Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, pineapple sour. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090407]

At a tasting, thanks David. Small stable head, clear yellow colour with orange taints, spice banana and earthy mossy notes on the nose, Dry with notes of orange but a little dry and watery, short cheesy aftertaste. Not very good.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks David Cohen! Best before date is a week ago. Slightly hazy golden. Phenolic yeasty spiciness and fruits in the aroma. Sourish flavor with lots of yeast and tropical fruit hints. Light-bodied.

Bottle. Pours with a large, foamy, slightly off-white head. Hazy golden body. Aroma is grassy, grainy, hay, wheaty, tree bark and very light banana esters. Taste is grainy and wheaty with very slight notes of vanilla and a light clove spice profile. Thin, slightly vinegary, and lively carbonation.
