Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy copper golden color with a medium frothy white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is banana, clove, wheat, and dry yeast. Good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a watery wheat malt with banana and a dry finish. A decent hefe from Flensburger.

Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing this at his 2008 Zapit Tasing Tasting. Pours clear light gold with a small white head. Faint malt aroma little or no other esters. Just not much here to talk about.

Bottle swing-top: Poured an orange with fluffy cream head. Metallic, banana, and citrus aroma. Taste is a dirty veggie.

355 ml bottle from Specs Liquors in Houston, TX. 08.06.09 stamped on the bottle. Pour is a hazy golden yellow with a one inch white head. Fine carbonation bubbles rise to the top of the glass. Head leaves behind some nice lacing. Aroma of musty, sweetly ripe bananas. Some clove yeastiness. Taste is more of the banana, some lemon citrus and earthy yeastiness to the finish. The banana sweetness is pretty strong throughout, and is a bit overbearing. I get a bit of yogurt in it as well. Palate is medium, a bit flat.

Bottle. It has a hazy, orange body with a nice, dense off-white head. Sweetish on the nose, with banana, some caramel, a fruityness and a hint of spices. The flavor is a bit boring, at least compared to the really good hefeweizens, but the usual banana, bubblegum, sweetness and a little spicyness is present. Itβs bitter and fruity in the finish. Medium body, dryish in a way, with a decent level of co2. Itβs sure a drinkable beer, no off-flavors, but there seems to be a little too little of everything. (080412)

Aromas of alcohol and fusil oils. Tarnished brass color with a ringed white head. Near medium body with a sticky fluidity and very mild carbonation. Flavor is lightly spicy with lighter stone fruits. N-amyl acetate seems present. The attractive part is the mild, peppery spice notes. Banana does lurk (after the N-amyl part). The finish is mild and medium dry. Itβs very good, but quite unusual.
