330ml can. Clear, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity, minimally spicy, malty aroma, hints of red berries, a touch of spruce, cardamom, cinnamon. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty with a touch of honey, minimally malty spicy, slightly fruity hoppy, hints of red berries a touch of spruce and cinnamon. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation. Nice spicy malty flavours - decent.

Can from Garching: Deep golden, a bit unclear,medium-sized and quite slowly collapsing off-white head, mild to moderate bitter-sweet malty and fruity aroma with a certain herbal bitterness underneath; almost moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively dry, pretty soft; lingering and a bit drier finish of pale malt and herbal-grassy hops. Nice and well quaffable...

Can. Deep golden color, floral caramelly aroma. Worth sweet flavor with caramel, plum and soft floral notes. Has alcohol, but Tastes like a non alcohol lager.

Many thanks to Stefan. Watery beginning with hints of malt in the back. Grainy watery with lots of water over hints of nice red grain. Sessionable, very dry, malty with lots of water in the back.

Tap. Clear amber-golden color with white head. Aroma is caramel. Taste is caramel, grains, a touch veggies, but nice fruity hops. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. It has nice aspects, but it's also very grainy.

On tap at the Brewpub, Friday 20th September 2019, prior to heading to Arthur's for tea. The carbonation is a little more subdued, beer pours warm hazy gold with a white sticky head. I'm not an expert on Vienna beer but it always seems as though it's a malt driven beer. Biscuity, a little vanilla, a background light toffee caramel touch. Fine.

Tap at the bar. Light sweet doughy malt, mellow grape hoppiness. Medium body, chewy, mellow, solid maltiness, good grassy, fruity, grape and melon hop notes.
