Bottle at home in London - picked up from the brewery. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a frothy white head that settles into a cream. Lovely crispy wheat in the aroma, some hay, light tangy lemon accents. Light to medium sweet flavor with fine wheat bread, light grassy bitterness, some straw, lemon peel, meringue. Light bodied with average carbonation and soft texture. Nicely balanced on the finish, with further crisp, dry wheat, mild citrus notes, some bitter hay, grass, light husk. Exceedingly drinkable.
