Lightly hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has good minerally carbonation. Malts are smooth and provide a modicum of creamy sweetness. Touches of herb and seltzer. Hops bring a tangy spicy orange - grapefruit with an undertone of crystallised fruits. Mild floralness. Light tangy fruity finish. A bold saison, quite flavoursome.

Bottle. Whole Foods, Piccadilly. Straw colour. Light haze. Skim of white. Nose has damp grain. Soft herb. White bread. Taste is pretty bitter. Some residual sweetness. Bit too much for me. Foamy mouthfeel. Gets a grassy bitterness toward the end. Not overly keen.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Dynamo. Never even heard of this hop, must be a new one. Light hazy golden, creamy white. Nose is very weird floral, onion, hay, overly yeast,… Taste is odd weird plastic vegetables, zest, floral, yeast, hay, esters, white bread,… Tad yeast,… Overall definitely more agreeable & easier to drink than the previous deScriptions sound but still too weird with all this odd flavours, strange hop, not getting much appeal here.

Keg at BD Sheps Bush, 15/12/15. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a big olde white head that retains well. A real looker of a beer. Nose is lemon rind, straw, grain, bready notes, tangerine, yeast esters, light spice. Taste comprises lemon rind, hop tickles, light spice, grain, bread, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness and light spice. Solid well balanced hoppy saison.
