Tap @ 1st Anniversary Kaapse Brouwers Festival. Pale blonde. Gooseberries and mango in the aroma. Salty, citric flavor with mango. Tequila is present, especially in the aftertaste. Thinnish, but a very nice beer.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish, citrus acid, grass, salt water, citrus peel, grapefruit, soda powder. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, weeds, sorrel, fresh wood, soda powder, salt water, citrus acid, paper, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Draught @ CBC2015. Pours hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, lemon juice, yuzu juice, agave, yoghurt, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour, salty and fruity. mouthfeel is sparkling, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and salty with crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, yoghurt, hay, minerals, tequila and lemon zest. Solid fruity gose.

Draught@CBC2015 (blue session). Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some mild salty and earthy notes. Flavour is earthy, floral, some salty notes as well as some mild sweet maltiness. Surprisingly balanced and quite nice.

CBC Blue Session. Keg. Thought this was the Incan Berry version - oh well! Hazy gold beer, no head. Palate is light, a little dry and crisp. Mild sourness. Touch of limey fruits. Mild pepper and florlaness. Light dry finish. Okay. Lacks punch.
